Here Comes Can't-Do - Beat the Crabbies

When you ask your child to do something, does he or she ever say, “I can’t do it?” How about, “I don’t want to,” “It’s too hard,” “This is dumb,” or “This is boring?” Children tend to respond this way - often in a fearful, hesitant, or whiny tone - when they lack the confidence to try something new or difficult. Here Comes Can’t-Do teaches kids how to break through these barriers, and in doing so, create self-confidence, build mastery, and develop positive attitudes that lead to later-in-life abilities to overcome challenges.

Can’t-Do is happy because Jay can’t tie his shoe, and Kay is too afraid to jump in the pool. It’s up to Jay and Kay to Power-Up and chase Can’t-Do away, but Can’t-Do can be persistent. Will Jay learn to tie his shoe? Will Kay be brave and jump in the pool? Or will Can’t-Do beat the CrabbieMasters?
